WORK

WORK

Four overlapping strands run through Overscan. They are useful ways into the work, not boxes that everything has to fit inside.

Live Overscan visuals at Utopia Frequency

01

Visuals

Live VJ performance, projection mapping, video systems, custom software and an image archive stretching back to the 1990s.

The systems keep evolving, but the aim remains direct: visuals that stay connected to sound and are deliberately performed in real time.

02

Robots

Disco Robots combines fabrication, electronics, movement, lighting, live visuals and audience interaction.

The robots are a major current Overscan project, built as characters and performance systems rather than a separate identity.

03

Pixels

Physical LED work, pixel boxes, mapped lighting, modular illuminated objects and experiments with displays that occupy real space.

This is where code, electronics and fabrication become things you can stand beside rather than images confined to a screen.

04

Ink

Flyers, artwork and printed ephemera, particularly from the 1990s archive. The printed work is part of the same visual history that continues in live and digital form.
